Teflonized Gas Diffusion Layers (GDL)

Dura-GDL® brand teflonized coated Gas Diffusion Layers have superior performance and durability in various operating conditions.The carbon paper/cloth electrode backing that lies between the membrane and the graphite plate has multiple uses in the fuel cell single cell / stack. The carbon paper and carbon cloth can be supplied in either Teflon™ pretreated or untreated form. The pretreated material is hydrophobic and can be directly used for electrode manufacturing.  The hydrophobic treated cloth available in the range 5 to 35%.  We can supply the hydrophobic treated carbon cloth/paper with single or double side carbon loading according to the customers requirement..
